Authorised users gain immediate, secure access to their horse’s essential documentation, significantly reducing reliance on physical paperwork and improving the efficiency of record management. This centralised system ensures that all critical identification data is accurate, up to date, and easy to share when required.
Within the platform, you can view a horse’s main identification details, including:
- UELN (Universal Equine Life Number) – the unique global identifier for each horse
- Microchip number – for electronic identification
- Sex – stallion, mare, or gelding
- Age – date of birth and current age
- Breed – studbook and pedigree
Automatic linking with FEI data
For horses registered with the FEI, there is no need to upload all details manually. Essential information is automatically linked with existing FEI data, making set-up fast and effortless. All FEI-registered horses for which you are the owner will automatically appear in your Equipass account, complete with the above identification details.
